An item purchased cannot be returned or refunded unless the piece is damaged or discolored. We do have an exchange policy if the piece is not what you wanted or according to your preference. Items can only be exchanged 48 hours after receiving the items and the return address. If the conditions are not met there will be a 25% reduction in price.
After 7 days it will be solely the company’s decision to fulfill your request or not. MKY holds the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in the above paragraph.
While placing an order, send in your measurements so that your pieces can be customized according to your own size! If measurements are not sent in, the standard sizes will be delivered.
